Sag rods
Anti-buckling · length 1,000 to 2,500 mm
The sag rod restrains the purlin laterally and limits lateral-torsional buckling. It spreads loads between adjacent purlins and increases overall stiffness: in the field or at the ridge, it is essential for long-span structures.

Characteristics
- TubeØ33.7 × 2 mm
- Length1,000 to 2,500 mm, depending on purlin spacing
- SupplyTwo brackets included, one at each end
Benefits
- Lateral stability of purlins during erection and in service
- Limited buckling compression flange restrained
- Even load distribution between adjacent purlins
Applications
- Field line
- Ridge
